Abstract

Lipomas are one of the most common benign mesenchymal neoplasms.

Scrotal lipomas may originate from epi-didymis, spermatic cord or tunica. We report a case of 27 years old male complaining for a slow-growing, painless mass in his left hemis-crotum. Imaging with ultrasonography and magnetic resonance was inconclusive regard-ing the nature of the tumor and the tumor (20 cm) was excised, sparing the testis. Histopa-thology was defined as an atypical lipoma.

Keywords: atypical lipoma, scrotum, testis
