The reasons of male infertility are pretes-ticular, testicular and posttesticular. Medical treatment is suitable for the men with infertil-ity due to pretesticular and testicular reasons. However, some of the infertile men may be found a reason while no reason is detected in some of infertile men. Therefor, specific treat-ment is given to infertile men who is found a specific reason while ampiric treatment is given to infertile men who is found no rea-son.
