Abstract

In this paper, we aimed to report a case of a 54 year old woman with a hypoplasia of right kidney and cholelitiazis. The patient was trea-ted successfully using transumbilical laparoen-doscopic single-site surgery (LESS). The case patient was discharged uneventfully on posto-perative second day. Transumbilical single site surgery is a feasible, effective and safe method and this can be performed safely in selected pa-tients.

Key Words: single site surgery, laparos-copy, nephrectomy, cholecystectomy
