Abstract

Scrotal calcinosis is a rare benign course of the scrotum, usually accompanied by as-ymptomatic nodules. The nodules are of varying size and have no accompanying metabolic disorder. We prepared a case re-port of a 70-year-old male patient with pain-less nodules in the scrotum. Nodules were successfully removed with surgical excision. Pathology was reported consistent with scro-tal calcinosis involving calcium deposits. His-tologic studies have not yet fully understood the etiology of calcium accumulation in the nodules.
