Abstract

Primary adenocarcinoma of bladder is a very rare condition and represents less  than 2% of all bladder cancers. They have a poor prognosis because of their aggressive nature and advenced stages at the diagnosis. It is important to determi-ne the origin of the primary tumor to begin the appropriate therapy. Herein we presented a case of primary adenocarcinoma of bladder misdiag-nosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma and revie-wed in view of literature.

Key Words: Adenocarcinoma, Cancer, Bladder
